OWNER – MEDICAL AESTHERICIAN
Angie Deville Boutté
Angie Boutte is the owner of Renewed Med Spa and a Lafayette native with 34 years of experience in the medical field, including 26+ years as a medical aesthetician. She is passionate about helping clients improve their skin health through personalized treatments, education, and effective skincare routines.
Angie is certified in a wide range of aesthetic services, including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, laser treatments, microneedling, chemical peels, dermaplaning, lash services, and more. Her work has been recognized multiple times by the Times of Acadiana in categories including Best Facial, Best Beauty Spa, and Best Skincare Center.
Outside of the spa, Angie enjoys camping, fishing, working out, and spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, family, and friends.
MEDICAL DIRECTOR
Dr. Ladislas Lazaro IV
Dr. Lazaro is a fourth-generation physician and graduate of LSU Medical Center Shreveport with more than 23 years of experience practicing in Lafayette. With a background in Rheumatology, he brings extensive medical expertise and a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to aesthetic care.
He offers advanced injectable treatments, including Botox, Kybella, Juvederm, Voluma, Volbella, Vollure, and Radiesse for hand rejuvenation.
Known for his warm bedside manner and attentiveness, Dr. Lazaro takes the time to understand each patient’s needs and create a comfortable, personalized experience.

Amber Cain
Amber is a Licensed Aesthetician specializing in Microdermabrasion, Chemical Peels, Infusion Peels, Dermaplaning, Spray Tanning, Lash Lifts and Tints, and Waxing. She is passionate about educating and inspiring her clients while helping them improve the health and appearance of their skin.
Her goal is to create a relaxing, rejuvenating experience where every client feels comfortable, cared for, and confident – leaving each appointment feeling beautiful inside and out.
A Lafayette native, Amber is married with four children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with family and friends and shopping with her daughters.

Monique Roy Longman, CST
Monique brings more than 19 years of experience in plastic surgery and medical aesthetics. She combines her medical background with a strong aesthetic eye to create personalized, results-driven treatment plans for her patients.
She is certified in a wide range of services, including laser treatments, fillers, Botox, Dysport, microneedling, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and cosmetics. Known for her ability to assess the skin and enhance each patient’s natural features, Monique has built a loyal patient following over the years.
Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and son, cooking, and traveling.
