Deep Tissue Massage
Focused, firm pressure for stubborn knots and chronic tension.
Our deep tissue massage uses slow, firm pressure to reach the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue, working out the tight spots and knots that a lighter massage can't touch. It's ideal if you carry chronic tension in your neck, shoulders, or back, or need relief after hard workouts or long days at a desk.

ABOUT THIS TREATMENT
What is a Deep Tissue Massage?
Deep tissue massage targets chronic tension in muscles and connective tissue. Your therapist uses slower strokes and deeper, more concentrated pressure, often focusing on specific problem areas rather than a light full-body flow. It's more intense than a Swedish massage, but it should never be more than you can comfortably handle, and your therapist will check in on pressure throughout.

THE PROCESS
How It Works
1
Consultation
Your therapist will ask where you're holding tension, about any injuries or health conditions, and which areas you'd like to focus on.
2
Treatment
Your therapist warms up the muscles first, then works deeper with slow, focused pressure on your problem areas, checking in on comfort as they go.
3
Results
Leave feeling looser and lighter. Some soreness for a day or two is normal, like after a good workout. Drink plenty of water and go easy on strenuous exercise for the rest of the day.
